You can either hold your dependents’ visa or cancel and apply for a new visa. to hold your family visa is subject to special approval from the senior officer at the immigration office depends on your new designation and salary in the job offer letter and to meet the requirements. If approved, Family Visa can be held without canceling, while changing the sponsor’s visa to another company. If not approved, you will have to cancel your dependents visa and apply new visa for them. First Step:
Cancel your dependents visa first: (Required documents):

1. Sponsor’s Original Emirates ID plus passport with visa page.
2. Original Passport for each sponsored

*dependents can stay here 29 days after cancellation without fine if the present visa is not expired at the time of cancellation.

Second Step:

*Once their visa is canceled, now your present company can cancel your visa and let your new company apply work permit for you. You can stay here 29 days after cancellation without a fine if the present visa is not expired at the time of cancellation.

Contract and Visa cancellation (Required documents):

1. Signature Card of the company (original) plus your passport with visa page (copy) – can apply at our Tasheel
2. Original Emirates ID of the sponsor plus receipt labor cancellation plus your Original passport

Third Step:

After completion of your contract from Tasheel, your company can apply for your new visa and extra fee for applying change status to get visa inside the country.

Mb new entry permit & Visa Stamping (Required documents):

1. Sponsor Emirates ID.
2. Immigration Establishment Card Copy + Trade License
3. Current Visa.
4. Sponsored Passport + 1 latest photo 2×2 size (Studio type).
5. MOHRE approval permit.
6. Emirates ID Application Form. at the time of visa stamping
7. Medical Test Report – at the time of visa stamping
8. Health Insurance Card or Certificate – at the time of visa stamping
9. Sponsor Account IBAN Number.

Change Status (Required documents):

1. Sponsor Emirates ID (Copy)
2. New approved e -visa
3. Applicant passport (Colour)
4. Trade license & Establishment (copy)

Fourth Step:

Once your visa stamped on the passport, you can now proceed to apply for your family an entry permit visa, change status, Medical, Emirates ID, Insurance, and Visa stamping for your family:

Family Visa (Required documents):

1. Sponsor Emirates ID (Original).
2. Sponsor passport & residence visa page (at least minimum 6 months validity).
3. Valid Salary Certificate, if the sponsor is a Government/Semi-government/Free zone Employee.
4. Valid Labor Contract (issued by MOHRE), if the sponsor work in Private Sector.
5. Registered Tenancy contract / Ejari or Title Deed photocopy.
6. Recent Electricity Bill if house owned by a sponsor (Not rented).
7. Passport Copies (Colour) of Wife and children.
8. Original Marriage/Birth Certificate attested from UAE Embassy in Home Country and Foreign Affairs in UAE with Legal translation in Arabic 9. Confirmation letter in Arabic for daughter older than 18, stating that she is still not married.
9. Parent (sponsor) has to be signed on the letter. 10. Wife and children National ID is required for (Pakistan- Afghanistan-Iraq) Nationalities.
10. Current Visa for the applicant (If Inside Country)
11. Sponsor Account IBAN Number.
12. Emirates ID Application Form. at the time of visa stamping
13. Medical Test Report – at the time of visa stamping (only for above 18 yr) Health Insurance Card or Certificate – at the time of visa stamping

Change Status

1.Sponsor Emirates ID (Copy) 2.New approved e -visa 3.Applicant passport (Colour)
